Westmoor Apartments has committed itself to enhancing and modernizing its property. From upgrades ensuring improved safety throughout to design updates which boost aesthetic appeal, considerable effort has been focused on providing a premier living experience for tenants.

Westmoor Apartments received carpentry and paint repairs throughout its 26 buildings. Modern horizontal cedar fence enclosures were installed on all balconies, patios, and landings resulting in a significant visual change. Major concrete drive and trip hazards were repaired to ensure life safety items were completed yearly on the property. Dumpster enclosures and gutters were mended as needed for preventative maintenance. As an added bonus, all exterior lighting and carport lighting were upgraded to super bright LED lighting for tenant safety and convenience.

The leasing office underwent a fairly substantial renovation. Apex Renovation & Construction worked with the designer to re-imagine the space by removing one wall to open up the leasing consultant’s area, along with eliminating a drop ceiling in the kitchen area. Archways were constructed to offer a more contemporary feel. The entire ceiling’s popcorn texture was replaced with the current medium knockdown look. All countertops were changed to marble and the fireplace was given our signature ledgestone overlay. LED upgrades were performed on the interior lighting, along with installing the latest hardware and flooring throughout the office.
