The Vue on Forest was last renovated in early 2016, undergoing minor carpentry repairs along with a full property paint.  Unfortunately, the old paint that had been applied to the property faded and failed to protect the substrate that was installed previously.  Upon the new owner’s purchase and closing, Apex Renovation & Construction was contracted to replace roughly 80% of the property’s siding and trim, along with fully repainting the property.  James Hardie cement fiber siding and trim along with cedar fascia were installed to ensure replacement longevity.  Upon carpentry completion, Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint was applied to ensure proper and adequate coverage.  Sherwin-Williams products were chosen to satisfy the owner's warranty requirement.  Full window seal replacement and building lighting were also completed per the lender requirements.

 

The leasing office was given a major overhaul to update and upgrade the interior to offer a modern, stylish look reflecting the owner and designer’s vision.  Trex composite decking was installed on the patio, along with new matching iron railing.  Contemporary colors were applied along with fashionable hardware to improve the overall appearance.
