4060 Preferred Place

Apex Renovation & Construction’s highly qualified team turned this rustic country-themed office into a sleek, modern clubhouse & workspace in a matter of six weeks from start to finish. 4060 Preferred Place was built in the mid-to-late 1980’s and was most recently renovated during the early 2000’s. Our team was brought in to update, upgrade, and modify the interior structure to accommodate and surpass the owner’s vision. Major Structural modifications were completed along with the addition of glass partitions, fashionable hardware, and lighting throughout.

The property’s exterior and grounds underwent major repairs to correct life safety issues, along with preventative maintenance. Each building received roughly a 90% replacement rate of trim and fascia, along with the addition of solar screens for an updated look. The grounds sidewalks received extensive trip hazard repairs along with modifying and repairing the entire property’s perimeter fence, including replacing leaning fence sections and metal repairs. Additional chain link fence was added for further safety and a pergola was installed as an amenity for the residents.
